We do not offer training via Streamline, but Clover has an Activation Team. You can set up a time with them that they can assist your merchant in unboxing, getting the equipment set up, and show them how to use it after turned on.
Activation Team
The Activation team handles scheduling and the completion of Clover training, including:
- Out-of-box training: Merchants are given instructions regarding how to assemble the
equipment, power it on and activate it – the team will then train the merchant how to use the
equipment. - Review of standard Clover-supplied applications as well as select third-party applications that
