How do I factory reset a device?

If you have an admin passcode:

1. Log on to the device with an Admin passcode
2. Go to Settings 
3. Go to Systems
4. Scroll down to Reset Options
5. Select Erase all data (Factory Reset) 

If you do not have an Admin Passcode:

For Flex

1. Power off the device by holding down the right side button
2. Once off, old down that same button to power back on
3. The second the Clover logo pops on the screen, unclick the button and re-click and hold immediately until it powers off again. 
4. Repeat this process 6-10 times and eventually a prompt will show on the screen asking to do a factory reset.

For Mini

1. With the terminal on, remove the paper roll and press and hold the green button until it powers off. 
2. Press the green button again briefly to power on.
3. When you see the Clover logo appear, press and hold the green button until it powers off again
4. Repeat 1 & 2 until the Mini shows the screen to do a factory reset. It can take up to 10 times. 

For Station

1. Unplug the device, let it power down.
2. Plug it back in, once the Clover logo pops up, wait for the colors to sparkle around it, and then unplug it.
3. Let it shut off and plug it back in again until the logo pops up, then the colors, then unplug and let it shut off again.
4. Repeat this process 6-10 times and eventually a prompt will show on the screen asking to do a factory reset.
