Is your merchant being charged for apps they are no longer using?

To find out exactly what apps they are paying for, follow these steps:

1. On the old dashboard, go to Account & Setup
2. Click Monthly Statements under Billing & Statements
3. Open their most recent statement under Clover Plan & App Statement
4. There they will see which apps, if any, they are paying for.

To no longer be charged monthly for these apps, follow these steps:

1. On the dashboard click More Tools on the left-hand side.
2. Underneath that after clicked they will see Installed Apps.
3. Find the apps that are being paid for and click on them.
4. You will see three little dots on the right side of the screen, click those and select Uninstall. After that they will no longer be charged for that app
