Why is my Clover Flex not turning on?

IF you have a Flex that is dead and will not turn on, try: 

• Place it on the charger, let it get a few minutes of charge
• After it has a little charge, while it is still on the charger, hold the power button down for 30-45 seconds.  You should see the Clover logo pop back up, then it will power back up. 
• If it does not turn on after repeated attempts and charging, you or your merchant will have to call in to the help desk to trouble shoot.
